The Two Bucks Crew

The Two Bucks crew has a fair bit of history in the Adelaide music scene and it had been around for a bit before I joined, but when the crew was around it was some of the best times of my life. Although it was called the Two Bucks Crew, it wasn't an exclusive crew or some sort of gang, it was just a bunch of mates hanging out, going to shows, doing crazy antics and having a great time. The aim of the crew was to have fun at everything we did, which included going to shows. The Two Bucks Crew would go to shows dressed up in costumes and run around and have fun to all the bands playing on the night. Sometimes we would be the only ones moving for bands, but we didn't care because it was all about having fun. Everyone in the scene at the time knew who the Two Bucks Crew were and hate them or love them, the crew definitely put a stamp on the Adelaide music scene at the time. Not only in Adelaide, but the crew was known Australia wide, with its frequent road trips interstate to various shows.

Although the crew isn't around anymore and majority of the members have moved on, I believe it was my job to keep the legacy going. When it came to putting on my first show, I always wanted to put it under a name "presents". The name was chosen and it has stuck with ever since.

Being in the Two Bucks Crew was some of the best times of my life and through my work with the label I want that to reflect through for other people. By the work we do for the bands and the shows we put on, we always try our best to make it as fun as possible. Above all, we care nothing for fashion and money, music is the real reason why we continue to do the work we do.
