Donkey Kong started out as pretty much a joke band with a different drummer. After a while a new drummer and a second guitarist joined and from there on started to realise that the band had something kinda cool.
Donkey Kong play a mix of old school hardcore, grind and punk. Although Donkey Kong started out with a pretty careless attitude towards lyrics, stance and even music, it all progressed to start singing about things the band cares about socially, and even giving a slight shit when the band fucks up the songs. Speaking broadly, the band is unhappy with a lot of shit that goes down in music of all genres and the band is attacking that in there own way. Donkey Kong doesn't claim to have answers to anything for anyone, but the band thinks that everyone should make some attempt to do things right (whatever right is for them), and the band is trying to do that according to there own beliefs. Some might hate the band, but that’s cool, just bear in mind that the singer has red hair.
The Donkey Kong demo has about ten songs and it’s ok, and sometimes the band plays shows. That is all.

Donkey Kong was quite a popular Nintendo game in the mid nineties. Since then, technology has progressed a lot and there are more enjoyable games to play, but few more so than 64 Bond multiplayer.
